I don't think it really matters during puberty. Doctors say that if you're trying for a baby boxers are best, because they don't restrict movement (but I'm sire you're not trying for a baby haha).

you should Preferably use lose undwear like Boxers, if you wear tight underwear like Breifs you could Hurt your testicals by over heating them. Remember your testicals Have their own special way of monitering their temp. and that way requires lots of room at disposal.

The problems with underwear being tight is that it can kill your sperm do to the temperature. That's why your balls hang low.. But since we can make more sperm them it shouldn't truly be a problem...

I'm going with tight. During puberty your stuff can get bigger, so you need to keep it from flopping around.

I think it is really up to each individual. There are pros and cons to each style. A tighter fitting garment is better for unexpected erections, but too tight of a garment can theoretically hinder sperm production.
