Could i go to A&E or the walk-in-centre at a hospital because im suicidal and self harming? Not for my wounds just for general help?

Yes you can. You can go into the emergency room and tell them you are suicidal and they will provide a psychiatrist usually for an evaluation

Indeed, you can hospitals have a duty of care and if you go to the A&E they will hopefully help you out. I think a walk in centre would be better for this sort of thing though as the nhs keep banging on about how if your injuries are not seriouse and your walk in centre is open then go to it. :(

You can and to my knowledge this is what happens:
They provide an evaluation with a psychiatrist, I think on the spot. Then depending on how that goes they, along with your family (again I could be wrong, this is just to my knowledge), decide on the best course of action whatever it may be.
I know this may sound stupid and/or impossible at the moment, but please don't kill yourself. People care about you and even if it doesn't seem that way, I promise that I do. You can talk to me any time if you need to, and I will do anything I can to help
