getting rid of penis irregularities

i have 2 things on my penis that bothers me, one is like these white pimple things that you cant pop a little bit below my foreskin and also is this rough area on the top side of my penis they look like black scabs about the size of salt grains and the are with them is about the size of a dime. do you know what these are, how i can get rid of them or if they are not normal or are bad, thanks :yeah:

The "white pimples" aren't irregular at all, actually. They're just hair folicules that are in full bloom. Soon, hair will sprout from these bumps.

As for the scabs, I have no clue what those may be. You should probably talk to a doctor about it if they don't go away : /

scabs have been there for at least a few years. they don't hurt or do anything, everyone tells me it can just be natural. i cant pick off the scabs by the way and keep in mind i have no idea what they are, they probably are not even scabs

I've actually never heard tell of anything like that... The only thing I can think of(other than an STD, which is impossible since I'm assuming you're a virgin) is maybe that when you pulled back your foreskin for the first time it cut, and then scabbed over?

Try not 'picking' them off... Maybe they'll heal over like scabs do?

no sex yet, so it cant be an std. Ive looked around i just cant find anything about these scabs, I'm sure they are not bad at all i just don't like how they look

The first part is pearly penile papules. They're fine. You can have them surgically removed if you really care.

The second, I'm less sure. Are they on the glans (head) or foreskin?

Do you have black underwear? It might be the cotton.
