Don't know whats wrong with me, help?!

So for the last about 2 weeks I really haven't been feeling good. My symptoms are;; Stomach Pain (usually on the right side above my hip/pelvic bone or my upper stomach. Also my lower back has been hurting really bad and my neck at times. I'm nauseous all the time and throw up sometimes, my boobs are sore, I'm bloated for some reason, and I have headaches alot of the time, and feels like pressure on my stomach.
and I went to the hospital and waited for literally 8 hours for them to do a catscan and send me home. I would really like to know whats wrong with me and make it better.

I am sexually active but I am on the depo birth control shot. So idk if pregnancy could be an option. I don't think so.

I went to the doctor and all they did was a vaginal ultrasound, no results yet. They were checking for problems with my ovaries.

Sorry to hear about all your problems, hopefully they will end soon. Now I know Im going to sound abit mean here, but really no one here can tell you what is wrong. None of us are doctors, and its great that you have sought medical help - they are the experts, and can help you better then any of us can. It could be 1 000 things, and no one here can say for sure over a online forum. There is no such thing as a textbook case, as Paramedics say.

Sorry to have sounded mean, but I hope you understand and don't take it the wrong way, but your in the best hands with your physicians.

It could be a possible pregnancy. The depo shot could be made defective some how, but I'm not too read up on the shot so I can't say for sure.

I'm sure it's nothing, though. But I'm glad you went to the doctor to get tests done. Did they give you a pregnancy test? Perhaps it's irritable bowel syndrome. All the symptoms you listed are symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome. But still, it's very good you went to the doctor. They can tell you for sure!!

Yes but the point is for you too suggest. Maybe she needs to get scared, stressed, or paranoid in order for her to actually go to the doctor.

The diagnoses are endless like Josiah has said. They can range from Ovarian Cysts to Ovarian Cancer. Even Hepaticsclorsis (Hardening of the liver), it could be many things, either way i would suggest you get it checked out.

While sitting in one of my medical classes something other things popped into my head, gallbladder stones or urinary tract infections....
