Every state has their laws about sex, and you usually have to be sixteen for it to be legal (in the us). If you have it when you are underage, it is (usually) statutory rape. For both of you. However, some states have exceptions for those close in age. That being said, millions of people do it anyways and I do not support the laws banning close in age minors from having sex. Just use protection.

it is very normal. and i too have had the urge to go for some chicks at my school. and you can have sex without being married just usually illeagle before 16 or 18 depending where you are.
