Well a little history behind how saging your pants came to be. It started in jail mostly. Guys would sag their pants and show their butts to let the other inmates know they were "available" so they could also get stuff like cigeretts and stuff like that.

well, your half right. see in a jail, you dont see a woman for a while, you your in there long enough. so .. the men, begin to have sex with other men. so one way they would show that their "available" was by sagging pants. so as soon as the guard wasn't looking. all they had to do, was pull down boxers over sagged pants and well you know the rest lol
