Junky's suggests that it is a paradise for a single tech junky, whereas Junkys' would involve multiple Tech Junkies. I'm just picky about that sort of thing. It's no big deal, but I thought I'd bring it up anyway.

It is a 'Tech Junky's Paradise' though.

It is referring to a singular junky, meaning that the particular area is a paradise for someone. It's like saying, "This Is A Paradise For A Nerd".

Does it really matter that much?

This. I would argue that the title is grammatically correct at present.

I see no need for it to change. I agree with LoveLikeWinter, it's supposed to refer to a single junky

Besides it'd be tech junkies'

That's what my post sounded like in my head... :P

Well OP's just trying to say, it's all of the junkys' own paradises, but all in the same area. Not to sound like I could be making a worse quote, but "To each their own."

But TheMatrix makes the best point. It really doesn't matter. You don't eat a pie based off the colour of its crust. (Again, terrible at thinking of these things...)

Actually, I eat pie by the color of the crust. The crust is the best part!

The fact that it belongs to multiple nerds (Don't mistake my use of the term nerd as a slur, I call myself such) does not change the fact that it is a forum section that is represented as a paradise for a nerd. It's simply a term put into a sentence that has to be interrpreted in the correct manner, and you have to be a grade level of at least 1 to interpret it right. It's to say, "Hey! This is my safe haven for technology that I share with multiple other nerds much as myself!"

And yes, Giles, I was in your head when you thought it, thought it would be nice to put it out for you!

And no, Thomas. It doesn't matter. It's like battling over whether or not Ain't is proper.

I suppose it does work either way. TheMatrix is right, though.
Sorry for bringing it up.
