Thoughts to loud for my head? Please help.

So this is really hard to explain, but I'm constantly having this problem where up to 20 minutes my thoughts become so loud I cant hear anything else besides it. Sometimes I also have a loud ringing in my ears and I can hear crashes/gun shots. Has anyone else had this problem? What could it be?

Same thing happens to me all the time. I have no idea what it is. Sorry I know that doesn't help.

Have you seen anyone about this? It could be any number of things and there is no substitute for the advice of a proffesional.
