Okay so last night I snuck out and went to my girlfriends house and we had unprotected sex and I cummed inside of her it was both of our first times and all my friends are telling me that she's going to get pregnant because I came inside of her and I was wanting to no if it's true that she will 100% be pregnant

And is there anything I can do to prevent her getting pregnant

There is always a chance of her being pregnant. Before you had unprotected sec you should of known the consequences. What I would do is stop talking to so many of your friends about it and talk to her, she is probably scared. But if she is pregnant there is nothing you can do to stop it it is entirely her decision now.

She will either be 100% pregnant or 100% not pregnant. You can't be partly pregnant.

Now that I'm finished being snarky, I'll try to be informative. Have an anecdote: Over the summer, one of my friends had sex and was basically in the same situation that your girlfriend is in (As AudMac said, talk to her. She will probably be quite shaken up.) Another of my friends suggested that she get Plan B. Plan B is "the morning after pill" that prevents the egg from actually forming a fetus. I'm pretty sure it's religiously illegal, but it can help prevent pregnancy if you're really worried. It's kind of pricey, and you have to be 17 to get it. My boyfriend and I went to CVS to get it for my friend (most awkward experience of my life as a virgin).
