Anything's legal if you don't get caught is one of the main rules for sex between boy-friend and girl-friend who are both willing.

In most places it isn't legal, however theres nothing to stop you from buying condoms etc. But it is extremely common for people to have underage sex, aand as long as nobody finds out your fine!

There are state laws called Romeo and Juliet Laws. Basically, they grant leeway so a 16-year-old having sex with a 15-year-old, for instance, is not rape. These laws vary by state and not all have them.

But the law is unlikely to be enforced in these cases anyway. Simply put, prosecutors are much more interested in going after child molestors than stupid teenagers.

um i looked this up it realy depends on the state but from where i from u can be 13 and have sex with anyone up to 16. at 16 u can have sex with anyone down to 13 and up to 19. at 17 down to 14 up to 20. at 18 down to 16 up to anything. at 20 all partners must be of 18 and older. but at no time can anyone have sex with anouther person if that person is 12 or younger, unless both people are 12 or younger.. witch means if your 13 and shes 12 by only a mounth and u 2 have sex... its statory rape! and u cant get put in prison! so be carfull if you brake any of these its rape... I think it is ok, as long as your girlfriend isn't above 18. But use a rubber and all that. As far as I know they can't stop you from having sex at that age, they just make sure that an older man can't have sex with a child, thats the only reason for the age restriction as far as I know. But you might want to check elsewhere, and you should only do it if you feel really comfortable with your girlfriend.
