He's not too young to know about this stuff guys. I started puberty when I was 9 and started jacking off when I was 10. If I were you, I wouldn't tell him about anything though. He isn't too young to learn. For all you people saying he's too young are wrong! I started when i was about 10 or 11 and I know some 11 year olds who know more than I did at that age.
If your comfortable tell him everything and explain things to him your a friend to him helping him out
