Okay, so last night I gave my friend oral for the first time. He was really enjoying it and I was enjoying giving it. One problem. He didn't ejaculate. Like, no climax. No semen to my disappointment. I was sucking him for about 2 hours and no ejaculation. He said he was liking it too but it just didn't happen. I was trying the technique he said felt the best, and it still didn't happen. It was his first time ever having any kind of sexual feelings. From what he told me he doesn't masturbate. I have some theories as to why he didn't ejaculate. Your idea about nerves seems most likely. If that's all it was then there's not a lot you can do really, other than continue trying it and hope that he gets less nervous. When he gets more comfortable with you in a sexual way he's probably going to be able to relax more and find it easier to orgasm and ejaculate.

From what you've said my guess is that he just can't cum yet. Some guys will still be waiting for their first ejaculation at that age, it's not that unusual.

Many guys can't cum from a bj alone. I am one of them. The stimulation is too subtle, no matter how good it feels I can only get to the brink with it, no further.

Well, it really doesn't matter if he drank a lot or not. And even if his body isn't used to it, he would still ejaculate. But I've heard of some guys not being able to cum from oral stimulation. So, you probably weren't doing anything wrong, he's just probably one of those people... Also, his age may play a big part in it. If he doesn't masturbate, he may not be able to cum yet. Especially if he's in the early stages of puberty.
