Is this "normal" or just ironic

It seems that since i have started puberty, every time my voice changes alot i seen to get a sore throat. is this normal or just REALLY ironic??

Ironic means something happens and you'd expect the exact opposite..

I think you mean to say: do these two things have a connection or are the coincidental.

They do have a connection. A cracking voice when going through puberty is very common.

It could be caused by it, but it could also be a coincidence like, I had a concussiOn a few days ago, but I also got a random headache. Coincidence? Maybe.
