Does the penis continuously grow throughout puberty or...

It grows to its full length. You could have it fully grown but have no hair. So people go thro different speeds of puberty for different things.

Oh yes, I'm aware of that but does it grow to it's full length at a certain stage during puberty or does it continuously grow until puberty is completed? I know that penis' grow at different rates, let that be known :P

It's different for everyone. We can't really give you a certain answer. Some people's grow gradually, others grow in a matter of days and don't continue. Just be sure that on average by the time you are 21 when most people have finished puberty it will be fully grown then

I wouldnt say it grows at a certain stage of puberty. Sense it grows at different speeds it could finish growing in the early stages or the very last stages. It is said by experts that puberty is completed when people are around 21 years old. So you have plenty of time.
