So i Was wondering if a straight guy asks another straight guy if the guy that is asking can give him a blow job is normal because I want to and have asked him.

As long as your both okay with it then I would say its normal

It's certainly not abnormal. It's fine to feel urges to do things with friends, as long as you're both comfortable, but it would probably leave you very confused (like most of us).

And jumping straight into "Wanna blow me?" probably wouldn't be the best idea..

Its not normal nor abnormal, its somewhere on the line of.

If i were to do this, I would say what I'm doing is abnormal, because that wouldn't be something i would say. Though i can't speak for others.

But for you, It would depend on your status of friendship with your friend. Personally, I would never do it, but if you feel like you and your friend would be okay with it, then theres no problem.

Again, I'm not saying its normal, nor abnormal. Somewhere in the middle.
