I've never done it and would like to but it seems okay if both of you are comfortable with it although I don't think most guys would be okay with doing it if they are straight. The issue is why? They might ask themselves why not just wear boxers.

My five best freinds and I all sleep naked regularly, so if we are sleeping at each others houses or camping out we all are comfortable sleeping naked then too. but we all sleep in our own sleeping bags, not naked sharing a bed. Once on a soccer trip four of us shared a room with two beds and even though we all knew that all of us normally sleep naked we just all got in bed with boxers on without anyone really saying anything. If I'm sleeping with other guys at a sleepover or something I wear boxers.

i have. it was in the summer so thats why we were naked. there was one bed, but i let him have it (his house). i slept on the hardwood floor... very very cold with a fan and the AC on all night so i wouldn't reccomend ever sleeping on hardwood floor in the nude... even with a big blanket like i did.

In my opinion that would be a little weird,particularly in the same bed. However, if it was hot out..for example, last summer it was 80-85 degrees in my house at 11:30 at night for a period of time. Just unbearably uncomfortable, it really never did cool down to a comfortable temperature. In that type of situation, I think sleeping nude in the same room(not bed) would possibly be okay.
