You need to be more specific, what sort of atomic bomb is it? There are many types out there. What sort of fission process does it use? There is the gun method, the implosion method, and many more besides. If you need proper instructions, you need to clarify your weapon.

Interesting, the starter of this thread asks who U2 is after posting the thread with the name U2 and the name of their album... By the way, my friend knows how to make a nuclear bomb, not sure if he has the materials to make it with though... actually he probably doesn't.. but he's crazy, he blew up his mom's car with a water bottle...
