I checked on a few Tanner scales and I turned out to be a 4.3 though I'm only just 13. Have you seen this before? Do you think I just messed up on measuring?

Your probobly fine, the thing isnt perfect, plus, its a big range between the questions, so, its not going to even be accurate for itself. I, myself got a 4.3, and a 3.9 when i played around with some of my answers, so, just ignore it. Your body will grow to its full potential at some point or another.

You might not have messed up measuring, but you may have (try again if you'd like... no harm), it's relatively normal for people to develop in different areas before other people and/or the norm. It's very unlikely to be anything wrong and you've just developed in that area more than others and before most people your age.
