This has never happened to me. When Im sick I am still able to ejac. Do you know what is making you sick? Cold, flu..ect. If its not any of the general things then I would just wait until you are feeling better.

If I am not too badly sick I still feel horny, still masturbate, and still cum. More a more serious illness I find I am not horny so I don't try to masturbate. Maybe if I did I would have trouble cumming but I don't bother.
