I think it's probably about a 50/50 split. Some people are obviously going to do it intentionally to make girls, or guys, look at them - whereas other people are just going to have it and not be able to do anything about it.

i never really noticed my bulge until my friend pointed it out to me saying he could see the outline of my head in my soccer shorts and my basketball shorts......that only happens when i wear boxerbreifs if i wear compression shorts it doesnt show.......i like when i can notice some guys bulges.........i also noticed the lack of a bulge on my friend who i always thought had a big one......even in his boxerbriefs he doesnt have one

Most of what I wear day to day is basketball shorts or sweatpants with boxers and there is always a bulge/outline but it doesn't bother me. I don't do it on purpose, it's just what feels comfy to me

I dont wear b-ball shorts but i have a bit of one in jeans, one of my friends wears b-ball shorts all the time and he has a huge bulge, he was at my house and wearin his shorts and had a freakin tent in his pants and didnt care, he also walks around at his house and mine nude sometimes

I think a lot of people are aware of it and either want to show it off, don't care, or just accept that they can't hide. I suppose there are those people that don't realize when they bulge. I personally have a pretty small penis when flaccid so I only bulge when I'm hard. But I usually wear jeans to school so its hidden well enought that I leave it alone and don't draw attention to it.

My penis isnt huge, but it sticks outward a little rather than straight down when soft, so I have a bulge. It doesn't mean that they have a boner Or a huge penis mine is only like 4 soft but I get then in sweatpants so yeah it's normal

I definitely notice guys and their bulges. To me it's pretty obvious they're trying to accentuate that part of their body by wearing jeans or other pants that leave nothing to the imagination. I do try not to get caught looking...
