She loves me sometimes

So I've been dating a girl for a little over a month now. For the past few weeks, she's been changing on a daily basis, one day it seems like she really loves me back, but others she won't really even hold hands. We only really see eachother in school, and she has a super busy schedule so we can rarely ever hang out on the weekends and stuff. I can't really get into her head and I wanna talk to her about it but there's never any time to.

Does anyone have any ideas of what I should do?

it's impossible that there's no time AT ALL!!! Christmas holidays are ahead, lots of time?

there are two options that come to my mind:
1) she doesn't love you and just wants to be in some kind of relationship? just to be and not to be at the same time (sorry for this mess in words)
2) she's just very impulsive person (it's really possible, you're facing puberty and hormones are getting mad as hell) and she just needs more attention, plus she's always very busy => lots of tension and there's you wanting something from her...

Yeah well... Too late I guess. We broke up today. I wish I could have talked to her earlier to see what was really happening, but what happened happened.
