Im 14, im uncircumcised, once when i pulled the skin of my penis back, it whent back fully. Now when i pull it back fully it looks like im circumcised.

Is this normal?

That's supposed to happen. Besides; your foreskin moving over the head of your penis is usually what makes uncircumcised guys orgasm :D .

Yea its normal and what CanadianGuy said to. Plus being uncut in my thoughts is better because you look uncut or you can look cut.
