I guess i can start by saying that this is extremely embarrassing but i definetely need help. For as long as i started trying to masturbate when i was about 12 maybe 13, i have had premature ejaculation. If any of you guys dont know what that is, it is when you ejaculate really quickly. Some last 2 minutes to as quickly as 20 seconds. And that is about where i stand, 20 seconds. I have never told this to anyone. I hate having this problem soo much but it has been so embarrassing to try to tell anyone. I am going to the urologist in about a month for something not relating to this topic. I have to go every 6 months. I am thinking that maybe i should tell the doctor and maybe get this problem solved. The only problem is, if i tell him, he might tell my mother. How much more embarrassing can that get, to know that your mother knows you cant jerk off... Thats the main reaon i dont want to tell him. Theres something clearly wrong with me and who knows, maybe it wont be good for me in the future if i dont get help.
What do u guys think, should i tell the urologist about my problem?

I'd advise against telling the doctor because there's still time for your body to develop further during puberty and possibly correct itself without any external help. The doctor won't tell your parents just fyi, if you tell him/her not to then they're obligated not to.
Give it time, puberty can last another 5-6 years for you, if it's still happening then; only then should you go to the doctors about that specifically.

I guess thats true. Im mostly worried that he will tell my mother. If he doesnt do that, maybe i should ask him about it. I feel like i need answers from an expert. I hate playing the waiting game. Its been so many years.

I agree. Puberty takes time. Things could change. Plus if you tell a doctor then your parents would get involved

I concur. Have you tried going really slow? That might help. If you wish to pursue this, I'd suggest waiting just a bit longer. Puberty takes time.
BTW, I know what you mean by embarrassed. I still haven't gotten myself to a doctor for my urinary retention and telling my parents about my hemorrhoid made me wanna crawl under a rock. For days.

I'm not entirely sure, but doctors must have your permission I think when your 16 to tell your parents anything unless it requires medical attention so if you talk with your doctor and mention that you don't want your mother to know by law I'm pretty sure they can't say anything. like for a quick example I'm 16 and smoke and I don't want my mother to find out I told my doctor cause I know its not the greatest thing and my doctor said that she can't let out that information unless I give her the permission to.

Your doctor will not reveal any information you give them unless
A) it is a medical emergency
B) you are putting another person or yourself in serious harms way, or
C) you give them permission.
They are legally and morally obliged to that.
So therefore do not worry about asking him, but I wouldn't expect an answer much different from what you have gotten here. A lot of cases such as yours go away with maturation, so it's probably only a matter of time before you don't have to deal with this embarrassing reality.
Take a few deep breaths, you'll be fine one way or another.

Consulting a doctor is a good idea but not a urologist.
If you have a fear that the doctor might tell anyone whom you don't want to know, just tell that doctor not to tell. You, as a patient, have the right to limit the problem or information between you, the consultant, and the doctor.
So, as a matter of fact, you don't have to be afraid. There's completely nothing to fear about.

The only thing the doc will say is slow down when your masturbating, also practice the "stop and go" technique, (google it under "edging")
Just for the record, I have been able to have a "quickie" wank in under 30 seconds, but have also lasted for over 20 mins. Just remember, practice makes perfect, so get practicing asap

In my experience the longer it has been since you last ejaculated the quicker you get the point where you are ready to ejaculate. Are you perhaps not masturbating very often because you dread cumming too fast? If so leaving it longer between masturbating could be making it worse and, if anything, you should be masturbating more often, not less.
Also you need to learn to recognise how it feels immediately before you cum. Once you can recognise that feeling you can stop or slow down when you feel that and that will enable you to choose when you cum rather than doing it as soon as you are ready to.

Just slow it down. Focus on the porn or whatever instead of just going as fast as you can
