allergy spots?

so ive been getting really itchy everywhere on my body, so i itch it, not like badly, just like ya do, cos everyone gets itchy everyknow and then. and then it comes up with the " allergy spots" like white spots that you get with an allergic reaction.

these have been coming up on my, legs, arms, shoulders, neck, and i get them at least once a day.

ive not been exposed to anything im allergic too. the only thing im allergic to is grass. and ive been indoors all week.

so what could this be?

These could be a response to stress or many things, they could be hives....
I would have you call your physician and let them know this and they will schedule an appointment if they see fit.

I agree - however it could also be a reaction to the washing powder used in your house. I had a friend who was itchy for days all over his body and it turned out that it was the type of washing powder/detergent that was used for washing his clothes.
