Hey Emil, I have always had cold hands. My folks used to try to get me to not worry about it by always saying,"cold hands, warm heart."
It still bothers me ( I'm an adult ) because my hands always sweat when I'm nervous, like when meeting new people. At those times my hands can be COLD and CLAMMY.
I try to avoid calling this or that 'normal' , but I know lots of people whose hands get cold, even though the rest of them is warm. As long as there's no indication of blood circulation problems, such as numbness, I'm sure you're fine.
Remember, "cold hands, warm heart."
:yeah::yeah:

yes this is normal because your heart can only pump blood so far per pump therefore not getting to the hands fast enough to warm them up. Thats why 1. you get frost bite in your fingers and toes and 2. they tell you to keep your fingers and toes bundled durning a snow storm.

When you're slightly cold, your body economises. It only sends the warm blood to the most vital parts of you, basically your internal organs.
Your hands and feet becoming cold is your bodies natural way to keep your core body temperature warm enough. It's very normal and actually a sign that your thermoregulatory system is working correctly.
