So after a few weeks of intense training I now have a six pack but the problem is what do I do to maintain it?

Crunchs, Jack knifes, and side crunchs help a lot with that. If your not out for a sport then it's kind of hard maintaining a 6 pack without being in a sport. If you want to work on other parts of your body learn how to swim xD

clean diet, with weights and cardio for good measure. you pretty much eat your way to a six pack, if you want it maintained longer without having to destroy yourself in the gym you gotta eat clean (something good to try is to cut complex carbs out after 6pm and only eat fibrous ones aka broccoli)

if you can get a six pack in a few weeks, I assume you must be like 13 years old. Trust me, when you get to be 18 or so, you are going to find that it wont be so easy
