1. It depends on when you end puberty. Most likely you will keep growing until like 18. It varies between guys.

2. Ahh the legendary argument. This topic is debated so much, almost as much as PS3 vs. XBOX. I personally think nationality does affect your dick size. I believe it is that Asians are the smallest, then Caucasian, then Latino, then African. It can be argued though that Caucasion and Latino are roughly the same though. I'm hispanic too ;)
