Penis pump / make my boner bigger?

I was just wondering if anyone has tried using a penis pump before? I'm about 7ish or so hard. I was just wondering if there is a way to make my boners stronger and more harder. I'm not concerned about longer so much. I just want to try and get harder boners when I get one. I mean I'm happy with my dick, but sometimes like when I'm having sex with a girl, I feel I could be harder than I am. So would it be safe for a 17 year old to use a penis pump or some other kind of penis enhancer to make my dick harder?

As stopping time said- it can cause health issues. I think it does make it larger for a short amount of time, but in the long run, it can hurt your thing more than help it. I think it can hurt the blood vessels in your penis, so i wouldnt use it if i were you.
