So for the past couple of years i have had my fair share of battles with depression. My depression comes and gos and seems to last for about 2-3 days at a time. I just feel completely worthless, like I have no friends, and no one cares about me. I mean like today I have had an awesome day, but when I get home I see that one of my best friends has blocked me on facebook. text him, no answer... It kills me to think that I have done something to turn a best friend against me. When I get so far down in the dumps I dont know what to do to get myself back up. I feel completely helpless and hopeless. Does this kind of thing happen to anyone else? If so, what do you do to speed up the process of getting back on the right track?
