Chin hair rash?

Hi, I'm 15 and 2 months and I've just started getting some chin hair. Unfortunately, I have a spotty rash all over my upper front neck/chin. They are like normal spots, but smaller and much more painful. My skin feels dry and the whole thing is one big, unsightly mess. I was wondering if this is normal and if there's anything I can do about it because I'm quite self-conscious :/

You could try googling the problem and look for some online advice from doctors, Or take a trip down to your local pharmacy and ask if there's any creams etc you could buy, if all else fails take a trip down to your doctors.... I imagine this to be a common and very normal problem in a growing teenager though :)

have you been shaving the chin hair? that's what this sounds like.
