To a degree if you are really turned on you reach you complete length faster but the less turned on the longer it takes and at times you may only get moderately hard because the stimulation isn't large enough.

You really have that great of a difference when you are horny? I think my dick gets harder and a little bigger, like the head is bigger, etc. thicker. but not an increase as drastic as artist's penis
