So me and a friend way to compare by sending pics to eachother. Is this illegal? We would delete the pics as soon as we look at them.

Nope, it is illegal (in the US at least), and considered child porn. Don't do it.

Yes it is illegal and is referred to a child pornography and it is illegal in most countries in the world.

just do it in person, you cant be sure where your pic might end up.

Yes. I wouldn't advise it but lots of teens do it. I can't recommend it, but if it does happen, just be smart about it...

This is VERY illegal, and don't think 'O, I'll just do it this 1 time' no you can get into BIG trouble! If you're that curious just meet up at one of ya'lls houses and compare there.

It is illegal. Its considered child porn and I recommend if u want to compare eachother penises that u do it in person and in a place where no one can catch you. That's my suggestion.

It's illegal. I've heard of kids getting arrested for this kind of stuff. While I'd like to look, show and compare. I'd never do it with pictures or online.

Totally illegal, IF you are going to do it, then I suggest you bluetooth them to each other, then delete infront of each other too, just to make sure they are not passed around

You're 13, so yes. Although people do things irl that are also illegal. I'd strongly suggest that you don't do anything, if for no other reason then he might keep the photo and then you'd both be in serious trouble if it was found. Whatever you do just be as careful as possible.

Sorry this a guys only thread but no one else had said this so I reall need to, as the said it is illegal and considered child pornography and distribution of child pornography you could face jail time along with your friend mum and dad and thiere mom and dad also even if you delete them that only means you can't see then directly on your phone but basically all phone companies keep text and multi media(pictures or graphics) for up to 7 years meany if it ever come up in court even if the court thing had nothing to do with the picture the police can still easily ask for your texts and picture and use them against you or your family

I've researched this and yes it is illegal. In the USA you can face jail time.

Its not illegal!! If the intent is for the pictues to be distributed to people so they can pleasure them selfes over it then its concidered child pornography but not if ur campareing with friends.

yes, it is child pornography and is illegal. Plus, you don't know for sure that your friend would delete the picture. Not a good idea
