Yes, I'm gay, yes, he's hot, I think you can establish that fairly easily. That being said! I'm 6'2" and about 164.5 lbs. I'm not trying to lose weight, I'm trying to get more in shape, take on that "swimmer's body" if you will - broad shoulders, large-ish biceps, bit of pecs, smooth but firm abs (nothing too outstanding, I don't like all that definition), tight buttocks, and strong legs - none of this overly built, just those muscle curves. Above all I don't want to be ripped. That is my main goal NOT to do.

So, what with the above constructions... How should I go about starting? I'm already pretty fit, so some hardcore cardio is definitely in the quesion. I just need some advice because I don't want to get into a body I don't particularly like (regardless of how sexy it might be).
