Some people can get addicted. But I think you are just dealing with hormones right now. They should slow down some time.

Of course it's normal, even I can masturbate 3 times a day when my parents are in full-time shift. It is normal and healthy part of sexual development, just make sure that you do other stuff too, like your hobby or simply watching tv with your family. Hope this helps ! ^^

Yeah its hormones you will find when ur in your young teens you will have the most hormones flying about then it will slow down but probably pick back up for a wee while when ur about 16/17

It's possible, but 3 times per day is normal. You might just be horny.

Addicted is when jacking off interferes with activities and when you do it multiple (like, a lot) of times a day. Like, say you're.. eating dinner and suddenly need to run to the bathroom to jack off -- that's a little bit extreme for an example but you get the point.
