What are those shorts you wear under the skirts?
And do you wear anything under that? If so what?

Those I think are called bloomers idl because I was on dance team so I had a leotard under the the very short skirt but yeah they are there so that no one sees the undies and so that every one is still uniform and I think you don't we're underwear under them sothey might as well be underwear just long

Its spandex, quite probably. I've seen people wearing various brands such as underarmour and nike but they all fall under the heading of spandexes.
