cutting is a fucking impossible issue for me. Half the time I find myself marking my arms over and over again just because it doesn't seem bad enough-deep enough-bloody enough.
I've been in hospitals, been on millions of meds, talked to therapists, been to treatment
it's fucking ridiculous.
I hate my life so much, and I don't know what to do. I can't even walk around my house in short sleeves anymore
does anybody have any advice on how to keep yourself from cutting besides the basics they tell you like reading or talking to somebody 'distracting yourself'
do you guys have any real specific ideas or sites to distract myself with, like cool comic sites or etc....

Well being online isn't your only option. You could learn something fun for a hobby, begin to paint or draw or doodle or what have you. Go for a run, a walk, a hike, learn to explore outside. Being outside is a great distraction since it keeps you away from sharp objects or whatever you use to self-harm.
I recommend trying things away from the computer, since being online too much can depress you as well.

To keep yourself distracted you could do anything you like that's productive, really. Go for a walk, watch tv, do homework.
Specific sites that help me when I'm upset are:

and youtube.

Hmmm, what I find really works for me is to punch the crap out of a pillow or something. Or even better find a photo of someone you really hate and stick it to a teddy, then focus all your energy on beating the crap out of that bear.
Or if you have any ice at hand then grab some and clench it as hard as you can untill its all melted and your just left with a wet hand.

I draw horses to distract myself, get a pic of your fav animal and draw it, get another one and draw it. It also really helps with drawing skills! Or read.

Type 'the butterfly project' into google :) its a site to give support on helping contrl amd stop self harm. The basic principle it follows it you draw a butterfly on where u cut and if you cut over it then you kill the butterfly but if it washes off without being cut over then youve set it free, you re-draw the butterfly and keep a tally of how many in a row you can get without cutting then if u do cut over it you can start again and try and better your self until eventually u may stop cutting all together <3
Good luck with what ever you try. :)
