Hi, I was just looking at my facebook account and thought of an INCREDIBLE idea! How about if we make a virtuateen network on facebook so that VT users who have facebook can join this network!!!!!! It'll be fun (and im getting addicted to facebook) and we can all get to know each other!!!

It's another version of myspace, i'm certainly not against the idea, but we'll have to see how many people would be intrested in singing up to it.

I'm totally down for it! I have a facebook and use it more than my myspace cause it's a bit more convenient and more person friendly

I think facebook is better than myspace, but it depends on the person. I just thought it would be really interesting if we could have our own network on facebook.com where we can meet each other. That way, it makes interacting with each other here on VT more "familar". Cuz honestly, I like helping people here and it would be nice if i knew them more. Also, I think its a nice way to make friends. Like, I made one friend here, but he's "gone" now or he cant go online anymore.

Good point, not everyone will be secure with having their friends, and families, and thier names to the rest of this site.

i dont think that alot of people would do it becuase on vt you dont have to know the person but i would make a facebook i guess but i dont know how i would do on the security aspects

well i don't use facebook, but i was wondering that if you don't want the people on vt to know your personal info, arent you able to just not to be part of the network.

I'm not afraid to give personal information.

As long as you don't get my banking info no harm can come from it.

If a paedophile were to find out my address, so what. It'd be easier to stalk someone in their own neighbourhood :P

lol, i dont think anyone can find that much info through facebook. Also, if you dont want certain things to be shared in public, there is a "limited profile" where only certain people can see all your info in your account, but with limited profile, you can choose who can and who cant see your pics, info, ect
