I almost always have a big natural bulge. So big that Teachers have told me to "calm down" (kind of embarrassing). So my question is, do girls like bulges?

If teachers tell you to calm down, i'd do it. There's a time and place for everything, and if you're getting bulges in school, perhaps a trip to the bathroom to jerk it would be the thing to do.
