So i've made a post like this before and it kindof helped but know things have gotten a little worse. I went to bed at 3 last night woke up a couple of times then got up at 9. Had to plan a party and could barly think. My sleep issue is getting really bad and my parints arn't helping i tell them that i cant sleep but i think they think im just using that as an excuse not to go to sleep it's really annoying now and i've got nothing to do at night. Wonder if i am a true insomiac, idk iv tryed to take meds like melatonin but i still woke up through that in the middle of the night What do i do

There are a few reason for insomnia these include; physical discomfort, stressful life situations I.e , death of a loved one, losing a job, preparing for an examination ect, illicit drug use, cigarette smoking, caffeine intake prior to going to bed, alcohol intoxication or withdrawal, or certain medications. However the most common is stress? are any of these factor present in your life (There are more but these are most common)

Are you drinking high levels of caffeine or alcohol?

Speak with a doctor. There are many sleep disorders. There are some sleep disorders that are caused because of mental or emotional reasons. There are also some that happen due to psychical reasons such as obesity, asthma or things like that. If you took sleeping pills and they did not work, you need to talk to a physician.
