How do I know how much calories I'm consuming if I'm eating cooked food?
Do you just add the calories together from each item? If I'm eating food that someone makes and they give me a certain amount, how do i find the amount of calories in that?
Is there a way to divide the whole pile of food into the right amount of calories/food ammount?
