I'm still curious to see how well their 'sky crane' thing is going to work when it finally gets there.
I mean, I know they've done tests & such with it, but on a whole other planet, who knows what could go wrong.

This is to dig into the sediment and see if there is any evidence for ancient life that maybe existed once.

We have several actually, but none are as sophisticated (or large) as Curiosity is.
