So I have recently discovered that my body needs to be smaller. I have tried to diet and workout for a year now, but I keep getting distracted by FOOD. Ever since I hit puberty, I've been getting bigger all the time. I'm sick of it. Is it ok for me to set punishments for myself of I don't eat right? An I mean painful stuff. If so, any suggestions?

I've seen you're other posts... If you're not a troll, you need some help. You seem to be really into self harm and I recommend seriously getting help. It's not right to want to hurt yourself.

As to your question, if you can not stick to your routine, I recommend trying to mentally train yourself to get the commitment to work out.

I truly hope you get over your self harm stage and find a solution to your working out problem.

You should never EVER hurt yourself. No matter what circumstances. Loosing weight is about will power. Its not going to happen overnight.

I'm Not talking about like seriously hurting myself.. I mean something small and NOT harmful. Like a slap in the arm or something ( but not that, it's stupid)

In all honesty hurting yourself won't do anything. Your mind and body will never be Afraid of self harm as a punishment. Try other things.

As your body goes through puberty it is more than possible to gain large ammounts of wait and even become "fat" because your body needs this energy to grow and move on through life. Chances are a growth spurt will come into effect or when puberty is over you will losse with wait within a matter of months.

K since you always want food, only eat those certain types of foods as rewards. Don't give yourself that food after every workout. Set a goal weight, then work on it. Once you achieve that weight, you can treat yourself. DON'T stuff yourself with it though. It's just a treat.

This is just about self-determination. "punishments" will only worsen the situation
