Hey guys,

I was wondering if you guys have any tips at losing weight. I am 14 years old, 6 feet tall, and weigh 220lb/~100kg. I have decided that i want to lose my belly, man boobs, thighs, arms, etc. and gain some muscle mass. My target weight is about 160lb/~74kg. I would also like to do this in a reasonable about of time, lets say 3/4 months. Is that possible? I don't want to hurt myself in the process, but i am tired of being fat. I want to not be self conscious every time i take off my shirt to reveal my man boobs in front of people at the pool. I also want to impress the ladies ;) Thanks!

I'm not calling you fat but I'm not gonna sugarcoat this.
As long as you are healthy and in a healthy weight then I think you're fine.
However, if you would like to lose weight then you will need to burn fat and key
to burning fat is cardio.
Cardio workouts are things such as running, swimming, any kind of physical activity really
will burn calories. Burning calories is really what's gonna kill the fat.
Now, in order to lose weight you must burn more calories then you consume.
This means watching what you eat as well. Cut back on sweets and completely
cut out soda and you will see a big difference.

So basically,
Watch what you eat.
Exercise.

Things that help,
drink lots of water.
get good sleep.

I hope that wasn't too confusing and I hope I helped :)

Count your calories, everytime your eating think to yourself like "Of I have this for breakfast I have maybe 1000 calories left for the day so you would then eat really carefully it makes you aware of how much you were eating before as well which is helpful. If you do that with maybe 3-4 hours of cardio a week you should start losing weight. Aim for maybe 1400-1600 calories a day and you will probably notice the amount you were eating before was way over your needs

I actually been not that bad for that past few weeks. But then Thanksgiving came up and i was offered a ton of high sugar foods, so i just lost all willpower I had.
