I want to be size zero. I want to be able to fit my hands round my waist, and see my ribs, and see my collar bone, and my hips. But instead I've somehow been putting on weight.. I eat on average 120 calories per day. Not 1200,.. 120. I'm 5 foot, 13 years old, and six and a half stone.. My friends ~and boyfriend~ keep getting upset with me, but I feel fat like I NEED to loose weight. :/ I know its not right; but I'm too scared to tell my family or doctor, I've even been buying, then binning food at school because the teachers monitor it.. :'/ someone please help.. I don't know what to do..

I'm no expert on this topic. If you want exceptional opinion, ask Amaryllis. She is the best here on this sort of topic.

Anyway, I can tell you that you don't want what you're saying. It may sound great on paper, but really, it solves nothing. It is like any addiction, once you start, it is extremely hard to stop, and that is nothing you want. (Not to mention that the weight your at is far from fat.)

Is there anyone you can talk to? A school counselor? They can refer you to a psychologist/psychiatrist, and the really do help. You don't need this.

Is there any way you could talk to anyone about this? Just saying how you feel can really help.

I take food into school and bin it, i eat a fairly normal amount of calories because my mum makes me at home:L ive told somefriends and they go on at me to eat more.
Im looking into someone to tell and help me, but i have no one either. Just so you know there are others in the same positon.
