Ive finally decided i want to see a doctor about my "depression". Ive never been diagnosed but im assuming when you think about killing yourself almost everyday thats depression. I dont know how to go about it.
I dont really know how to talk about it to my mum tace to face.
I cant tell teachers or people at school because when my brother had depression he did that and it hit her so hard.
I dont know how to go about this, someone help?

You may be able to arrange some kind of confidential session with your doctor if you are able to handle the costs yourself.
You may need to tell your parents though I mean sure it may upsetting for her but im sure she would much rather be there to help you through it rather than being kept in the dark.

Ask one of your school counselors about this. Don't feel scared. If they say they are going to call your parents, don't be upset about that. If you have a mental illness, your parents have to be informed about it.

Tell your mother that you want to go to a doctor and have an objective conversation with him over a current life issue. If they push what it is, play it off like it's nothing major but also something important enough warranting a doctor visit.
