I feel like I might be developing a minor inferiority complex. I doubt it, but still, I always feel like I am useless and nobody likes me (I try to be personable, I think I am the kindest person at school) and that nobody understands me (nobody does). How can I squash this feeling?

Perhaps talking to someone would help, or getting invloved in a hobby or activity that you like or are good at. If you take time to do things that make you feel good it will help to take your mind off how you are feeling. And you're not useless. You say you're the nicest person at your school, so I am sure that even if you don't notice it, other people probably appreciate you for your kindness. Hang in there, and just remember that you are not worthless and others care about you. And for the record, I think I understand where you are coming from on this because I have been there too, for what it's worth :)

I think it's pretty normal for people to have minor feelings like this at some point in their life.

An inferiority complex is when the feelings of inferiority begin to take over your life. It's when it starts to effect your relationships and when it effects your everyday functioning. An inferiority complex is when you strongly feel you are below and of less worth than anyone else, not just minor feelings of being useless.

Another thing to consider is that feelings of "uselessness" and "worthlessness" can be symptoms of depression.

Maybe talking to someone about this is a good idea.

if the body does not have a proper nutrition and a good proportion of water then there are chances of getting hair fall soon.
