Totality

Hey Guys and Gals,
Out of sheer boredom, I started to write this and will probably carry on with it.
Here is this first part, let me know what you all think:
July 18th 2011
`Victim: Elderly Man `John Doe` Real Name Unknown at Present- Awaiting forensics and DNA analysis.
Age: Approx. 72 years old. Awaiting confirmation
Time of Death: Around 19:00 hours on the eve 17th July 2011
Cause of Death: Multiple bludgeon wounds to the back of the skull, knocked unconscious before final blow was administered.
Suspects: None at present time. `
Detective Inspector Danielle Main wrote up her report about the body that was found this morning, she wouldn’t be filing it yet however, she would wait until her investigation was complete and she had all the facts and details. It was a late night even for her, this body had just cropped up through the middle of a bad time, not that there was any good time for murder. She was in the middle of multiple investigations, and this murder just added onto the workload, but she realized that’s what she signed up for in the end, to bring justice to the people of Fairbreeze. The clock struck midnight, and D.I Main put the file on her desk, and left it open. She picked up her coat and car keys, and left her office. When she got to the front desk she spoke to Sergeant Stone,
“Sergeant, I left a file on my desk, make sure it doesn’t get moved, and I’ll get back to it tomorrow.” Her voice was demeaning and exact.
“Yes Inspector, of course. Have a good night.”
She walked to her car and unlocked the doors; she threw her briefcase over on the passenger seat and looked at the mirror. She couldn’t wait until she got home, at least she may be there for her daughter to wake up. She slid the key into the ignition and turned the car on, she reversed out of the station and drove along the twilight road back home.
