I didn't start until i was 15, and even that was a rarity. There is no set age that you start, its just when you're comfortable to do it. As i say in most other threads in here everyone is different and will change at different times.

It doesnt matter when you start, i started when i was 14, so you are not late. In fact you don't have to masturbate if you dont want. Most people start around the ages of13/14, so no it's not bad
