this may sound crazy but i am depresed and i dont know why ... i have my fair amount of problems but i got a boyfirend im doing good in school and i got my permit 3 days ago ... it all sounds so good but im stuck in this angry mood and i dojnt know whats wrong does this sound crazy or does anyone else feel this way.. yesterday i cut but i dont have a reason .. idk whats wrong anymore.. nor right:(:what:

I don't know what would be making you angry, but It sometimes helps me to write in a journal because you write slower than you think, your brain is forced to slow down and think about things properly. Good luck with your anger.
