I had surgery on my wrist and they said to rub the scar tissue to make them less visible. I don't know if this will work with 2 year old scars but its worth a try. By the way i did not bother with them. No one can notice them if they are just talking to me even though they're very present. What part of your body are they on?

I'm not sure if the rubbing will work because they said i should do it on the new scar tissue if i wanted them gone. You might just halft to deal with them. Sorry:(

I have half a dozen on my left arm and hydrating creams/lotions were suggested to me by a friend who suffers with a skin condition, massaged onto the skin. No idea if it works but it wouldn't hurt to try.

Cocoa butter is awesome.
Also, hear me out on this. It's gonna sound really weird, but it works (at least a little, sometimes). Take lemon juice, put it on a cotton ball, and rub it on your scars. Lemon juice is a natural bleach, and it will help tint the scars (permanently) back to a color closer to your natural skin tone.
I've also heard mederma works really well? I haven't tried that one, but it's supposed to be great.

I don't think a spray tan would work particularly well.
